inching towards Christmas
no ice to skate on
no snow to ski on
there is rain
lots of it
and then a storm
and another one
and then the next
it was different
some years ago
I was glad to get home
on slippery roads
early one Friday afternoon
then putting on boots
grabbing the camera
go for a stroll
watching the action
all within a few
hundred meters from home...
